Water is one of the five elements of present life around us in our environment. Water has such a significance for all the living beings to complete the life process. Especially human beings whose major part is dependent upon water like they say that human beings are made up of 60-70% of water. Drinking enough water everyday is so essential for you health and flushing out the toxins out of your body.

Even though people are aware that water is such a important intake for their health. Study shows that majority of people do not drink ample water for good health. Our daily routines have become so hectic that we often fail to drink enough water not knowing that it is going to be so expensive in our future life.

Starting with common issues like dry skin, dehydration, lack of energy, accumulation of metabolic waste and muscle cramps etc. Drinking not enough water causes headache and low blood pressure. This also causes stress and hormonal imbalance. Therefore, it is very advisable that no matter what but drink enough water for your body health.

Now comes the question how much water is enough for a adult male to drink in a particular day. Well, it is advisable that 7-8 glass of water is sufficient enough to keep your body hydrated. There are other food intakes which also contribute in water content indirectly to our body. As our lifestyle have become so hectic, we often fail to drink enough water throughout the day.

Therefore, i would suggest you a practical solution of keeping your personal bottle (like your phone or wallet) always with you. This would keeps reminding you to drink water throughout the day and will keep you healthy and glowing.
